A4.For items (1), (3), (4), and (5) of No. 2, Article 26, in the Rulesfor Handling Arbitration Cases on Labor and Personnel Disputes(OrderNo.33 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), thelimitation of action for Arbitration of Labor and Personnel Disputesis one year. This limitation period is calculated from the date whenthe involved parties first knew or should have known of theinfringement of their rights.
A4.《劳动人事争议仲裁案件处理规则》(人力资源和社会保障部第33号令)第26条第2号第(1)、(3)、(4)和(5)项,劳动人事争议的仲裁诉讼时效为一年。该时效期限自当事人首次知道或应当知道其权利受到侵犯之日起计算。
